Why is STILLReport being discontinued?
STILLReport (our web-based tool for fleet management) has been an informative and useful tool for managing customers’ fleets since its launch in 2010.
The increasing demand for truck analytics and new functionalities has led us to invest in developing technological advancements within fleet management. The request for mobile applications via different devices (e.g. smartphone, tablet and laptop) has become an important factor for our customers. With this in mind, we have developed an alternative and more advanced platform which can now be fully integrated into our advanced technological infrastructure.
STILL have created a bespoke platform called STILL neXXt fleet, which collates data sources and allows the user to view information via a user-friendly interface.
What is STILL neXXt fleet?
STILL neXXt is a system of interconnected smart services; a central summary of your entire fleet data in a single database. STILL neXXt fleet bundles all the relevant information for the user in a single tool, accessible via mobile phone, iPad or laptop along with an internet connection.
This innovative and powerful web portal comprises a number of different applications that are comfortably and easily accessible from anywhere, plus allowing the compilation of data for fast analysis and optimisation measures. STILL neXXt fleet offers smart data collation to make logistics processes easier, faster and more cost effective.
To use the portal, the only requirements are internet access and a web browser to access STILL neXXt fleet from any device.

What do I have to do if I am already using STILL neXXt fleet?
If you are already using STILL neXXt fleet there are no changes to be made.
What happens to my STILLReport account after the shutdown of STILLReport?
After the shutdown of STILLReport your account will be deleted, taking the applicable data protection regulations into account.
What is my user-id and password to use STILL neXXt fleet?
A user-id and password has already been sent to all STILLReport users via e-mail between September and November 2018. Within the latest newsletter (November 2019), users would have received a reminder of their login details.
Should you not have received your user-id then please send an email to our support team with the following information:
- Name, Surname,
- Company name and
- e-mail address (you used for STILLReport).
- Contact: support@still-nexxt.com
In case you forget your password (see pictures below) please make use of the “forgot password” functionality on the STILL next fleet platform – www.still-nexxt.com or use the direct link to the “forgot password” function. You will need your user-id to create a new password.
After the first login you will receive a 30-day free trial of all available applications of STILL neXXt fleet.
What happens to my STILLReport contract?
STILLReport was shut down by the end of 2019. To use STILL neXXt fleet we ask you to directly contact your responsible sales representative for more information.
How do I use STILL neXXt fleet?

The website is located at: www.still-nexxt.com. You will be prompted to add your user-id and password. You will then be directed to the launch page of STILL neXXt fleet.
